Triathlon UKCC qualifications are run throughout the year in a variety of locations. To apply for a course, please read the information detailed below fully and submit an online application at least two weeks prior to the course start date. Our Coaching Development Manager will be in touch with further details if you have been successful in applying for your course. Only fully completed application forms from Triathlon Scotland (& other home nations) members will be accepted. Places will not be reserved prior to submission of applications.
Please note that courses marked “provisional” are not yet open for applications and may be subject to change. All courses with dates set are open for applications until two weeks prior to the course starting.

UKCC Triathlon Level 3
The level 3 qualification is currently in review with British Triathlon, Triathlon Scotland, Triathlon England and Welsh Triathlon. It is anticipated that the new level 3 will run in Autumn 2017. Please note that we recommend candidates gain at least 2 years practical coaching experience in addition to the pre-requisite hours after completing their level 2 before considering undertaking their level 3. For further information, please contact Susie Benson.
Accredited Prior Learning
Candidates normally complete the qualfications in order from UKCC Level 1 to UKCC Level 3. Accredited Prior Learning (APL) allows a triathlon coach who has not completed the UKCC Level 1 in triathlon, but has the necessary experience and skills to enrol straight onto the Level 2 UKCC triathlon course.
