Code Of Conduct

triathlonscotland has adopted the British Triathlon Code of Conduct for coaches. All coaches who have attended UKCC coach education courses or who work under the auspices of triathlonscotland within affiliated clubs must adhere to the code as set out within the Coaches Code of Conduct. 

By working to the code of conduct, coaches will be able to foster and develop a positive working relationship between athlete and coach that will be done so in a safe and protective environment for all parties concerned.

For those coaches who do not follow the code of conduct, it is possible that disciplicary procedures will follow and may results in a sanction or penalty being imposed.
