The British Triathlon Inter Regional Championships is an annual event, bringing together the most promising triathletes from across the UK.

Scotland sends a team of 14 athletes in three age groups from aged 11-16, competing against other regions.

Scotland's team is selected via a series of qualification races. Qualification details for the 2012 Inter Regional Championships are below, as well as interim points updates
