Entry Process

Entries for the event are now open, through teachers/schools staff only – please email scottishschools@triathlonscotland.org if you wish to be sent an entry form.

Entries are only available through schools with entry forms provided and will close at 1700 on 22 March. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so early entry is advised.

Schools are limited to 2 places in the open category and 2 places in the female category from each year group, allowing 24 pupils per school for the individual races. Should you wish to bring more pupils, a reserve list is in operation.

Schools may enter 1 relay team each, and request additional team places on a reserve list. Athletes in the relay team can be those from the individual races, or athletes travelling specifically for the relay.  It is possible for S1-3 pupils to ‘race up’ the age categories within the mixed team relay race.  This means for example that an S1-3 pupil can take the place of the S4-6 pupil.  It is not possible though to ‘race down’.

Participants with a disability are welcome to enter this event. Please contact scottishschools@triathlonscotland.org to discuss any individual support required. All efforts will be made to accommodate any requirements.
