Scottish Championships

The Scottish Youth Championship is a triathlon event for young people – giving them the chance to compete for national titles and experience an exciting event.

Held annually as part of triathlonscotland’s suite of Championship events, a club is selected to host the competition, open to young people aged 8 to 16.

Building on the Scottish Schools Championship event, this is a great chance for new athletes to get a true taste of the sport and for club athletes to test themselves against the best young Scottish triathletes from across the country.

To be eligible to win a Scottish national championship title (e.g. Scottish Youth Champion, Age 9-10) participants must be a member of triathlonscotland.  To find out how to join, please click here.

In 2010 and 2011, the event was hosted at Bellahouston Park and was delivered by Fusion Triathlon Club and will be returning again in 2012.
