Each year, we recognise the people within our community that give their free time, passion and energy to developing our sport.
The work of these wonderful volunteers is invaluable. The majority of sports would not exist without them and triathlon is no different. Recognising and rewarding the volunteers at our awards ceremony is one of our ways to say thank you for all the hard work they put in, year after year.
Nominations occur each year to find these unsung heroes, and each year we identify the people and organisations who really make a difference to the sport of triathlon. All our nominees are people who go above and beyond to delivering fantastic events, coaching, officiating and volunteering as well as those who strive to achieve inspirational performances.
We have updated our awards categories in 2018 to better reflect the people doing good in our sport, so that we can share their inspirational stories and ultimately encourage more people to get involved in Triathlon. Also new for this year, everyone who nominates and submits at least 300 words for their nomination will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Amazon voucher.
Please nominate today (Wednesday 12 September) until 10am Monday 8 October and save the date for our Awards Ceremony, Sunday 25 November. Before nominating, please read the awards descriptions and the terms and conditions in the 2018 awards essential information.
