After a strong performance at the ITU Sarasota-Bradenton World Cup where he was 10th, Grant Sheldon was back in action at the ITU Salinas World Cup in Equador where he finished an excellent 7thplace in an extremely tactical race!  Full results are here.

Speaking on Instagram after the race Sheldon said:

“Happy with my race today. Hard swim, hard bike and hard run. Chased up to [the] front group by [the] last lap and it got tactical. Made a couple efforts but ended up boxed in and not having the legs!

He continued

“Still happy with finishing this hard season on the up. Hopefully get a few podiums next year!  Time to go home and put the feet up for a while. Thanks for everyone’s support. Especially sponsors and friends and family.”
