Three Castles Duathlon

Formerly called the Ayr Duathlon the event starts and finishes in Ayr at Doonfoot. Historical, scenic and unique - that's the Ayrodynamic ‘3 Castles’ Duathlon. Run out and back past Greenan Castle, perched on a sheer cliff, then cycle south along the spectacular Ayrshire coastline. On the journey, if you can lift your head, see ancient Dunure Castle, then sweep down to the turn in view of Culzean Castle, where American Presidents have stayed. If that's not enough, you also get to pedal down (or ‘up’) the world famous 'Electric Brae' where you will have to drop down through your gears to descend!
