First Aid

First Aid training could be the most important course you’ve ever taken. In the event of an emergency, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to deliver potentially life-saving assistance. As a triathlon coach often delivering sessions away from a managed facility, it’s important to have the relevant knowledge of what to do should someone require First Aid. First Aid skills are not just invaluable to coaches but also in everyday situations.

Pre-requisites

• Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age at the time of taking the assessment
• Up to date Home Nation membership
