Beth combines both triathlon and athletics where she is a 10,000m athlete, competing at the IAAF World Athletics Championships in 2017.
In an incredible debut triathlon year (2017), Beth’s running ability proved to be priceless in the Funchal Sprint Triathlon European Cup when she was able to come back from a minute behind at the start of the run leg to eventually complete the race in first place.
In 2018, Beth made history by becoming the first Scottish Athlete to compete in two sports at the Commonwealth Games.
In 2024, Beth came away as a double Olympic medallist in Paris. First, she claimed the bronze medal in the women’s individual event. A few days later, she returned to add another bronze medal as part of the British Mixed Team Relay.
Beth currently trains at Leeds High Performance Centre, with coaching support from Jack Maitland.
