Run/bike/run. A fun, friendly, inclusive introduction to duathlon. Fun for all whether you are having a go at your first duathlon or brushing up on skills. Races will be timed but are non-competitive. Open to 7 years +, adults and families welcome. Races start at 2.00pm.
