Run/bike/run. A fun, friendly, inclusive introduction to duathlon. Fun for all whether its your first go at duathlon or you are brushing up on skills. Races will be timed but non-competitive. Open to 7 years +, adults and family welcome. Registration from 5.00pm, races start at 5.30pm.
