This event has been postponed. Re-scheduled date TBC.

This event has the option of a Sprint, Super Sprint, Sprint Relay and a Sprint Aquabike. The distances for the Super Sprint are 400m swim, 23km cycle and 3km run. The distances for the Sprint race are 750m swim, 23km cycle and 5km run. The distances for the Aqua Bike are 750m swim and 23km cycle.
