All encouraged to join in and have a go!
Medal and free snack table for all competitors.
8 & Under - 50m swim - 2 laps run (0.65km)
9-10yrs - 150m swim - 3 laps run (1km)
11-12yrs - 250m swim -4laps run (1.3km)
13-16yrs -400m swim -8 laps run (2.6km)
Novice Adult - 250m swim -4 laps (1.3km)
Sprint Adult - 750m swim - 5km run (road)
£5 Adults, £3 kids, free to NS Tri members
Enter via email - nstriclub3@gmail.com (name, age on race day, contact details).
Pay on the day. Register by 2.30pm. Race briefing at 2.40pm
