East Fife Tristars Triathlon

Following on from the success of last year's event, our East Fife Triathlon Festival is hosting a full junior triathlon for Tristarts to Tristar 3. This is a pool based swim held at the Cupar Sport Centre, followed by a cycle on a closed road and a mixed terrain run route over paths and sports fields. This new junior triathlon event is possible this year utilising a large transition area on a 3G pitch and the finish line for all races as previously will be positioned in front of the Howe of Fife Rugby Club stand on Duffus Park. This is a great way for juniors of all abilities from ages 8 to 14 to try out or improve on their combined swim, bike, run abilities in a safe environment. Open for entries 1st January 2026.
