Event Information

Spring into Duathlon is a friendly event held within South Lanarkshire at The Hamilton Palace Sports grounds and Strathclyde country park. The run will comprise of 3 x 1500m laps within Hamilton Palace sports grounds and the bike course will comprise of 4 x 5km laps on closed roads within Strathclyde country park. The Adults event has both an individual race for all abilities and a relay event where you have the option of 2 or 3 athletes per team. In the afternoon we have the Tri Stars event which is aimed at age 8 - 16 years of all abilities.
