Women’s individual triathlon: Thursday 24 July 11am
Men’s individual triathlon: Thursday 24 July 3pm
Mixed Relay triathlon: Saturday 26 July at 12.30pm
Tomorrow, the individual course comprises: two-lap 1500m swim, a five-lap 40km cycle and a three-lap 10km run. The bike course is undulating and features several dead turns, making it very technical.
